We founded True Source Nutrition & Coaching to simplify health and fitness and support people who felt overwhelmed by misinformation and failed dieting fads. After years of seeing fear-mongering advice and non-science-based claims, we knew there had to be a better way.

Harry Parrish – Director

I am a founding director of True Source Nutrition & Coaching, with a background rooted in science, sport, and real-life application. I have eight years’ experience in medical research, hold a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science, and bring hands-on experience from rugby coaching, specialising in strength and conditioning and performance, alongside competing as a semi-professional rugby player. This combination allows me to deliver a strong, evidence-based approach to nutrition and training.

I’m committed to changing how people view weight loss and lifestyle change through a direct, practical approach focused on simplicity and sustainability. Drawing on my own experience of achieving weight-related goals in a home environment, I help people cut through misinformation and build habits that last far beyond the gym.

Megan Parrish – Director

I hold a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and have spent five years as a county cricket player, alongside gaining physiotherapy experience and coaching in both cricket and ladies’ rugby. This has shaped my practical, people-focused approach to training and performance.


I’m passionate about making weight loss simple and accessible, having supported friends and family through weight-loss goals for life events and long-term lifestyle change. I’m especially driven to empower women through weightlifting, remove fear created by online misinformation, and provide clear, accurate guidance that’s easy to follow.
