4. Memberships & Subscriptions
4.1 Billing
Membership fees are charged in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
4.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard.
4.3 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Due to the digital nature of our services:
- Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun
- Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
4.4 promotional, Partner & affiliate pricing
We May offer reduced or alternative pricing through the following arrangements:
Founding Member Pricing – Where founding member price is offered, this rate will remain fixed for the duration of your continuous active subscription. If a subscription lapses, is cancelled or payment fails and is not remedied within the grace period, the founder member rate will be forfeited and standard pricing will apply upon resubscription.
Gym & Corporate Partnerships – Where our membership is offered through a gym, employer or corporate partner at a reduced or bundled rate, access is contingent on the partnership agreement remaining active between us and the relevant partner organisation. Should a partnership agreement end, affected members will be notified and offered the option to continue membership at the standard rate. We will provide a minimum of 30 days notice where reasonably possible. We are not liable for any changes made by partner organisations to their own pricing, membership terms or service offerings.
All Promotional pricing is offered at our discretion and may be withdrawn for new sign ups at any time. Existing subscribers on a confirmed promotional rate will not adversely affected mid-billing cycle. Promotional rates apply to the individual account only and cannot be transferred, gifted or applied retrospectively.
4.5 pricing changes
We reserve the right to change our membership pricing at any time.
Notice of price increase – Where price increase applies to existing subscribers, we will provide a minimum of 30 days written notice by email to the address registered on your account before any change takes affect.
You will have the option to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the revised rate. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Subscribers on a confirmed founding member or locked promotional rate are exempt from standard price increases as long as their subscription remains continuously active see section 4.4 for full conditions.
Where you have purchased an annual subscription, the price agreed at the time of purchase applies for the full annual term. Any price change will only apply at the point of renewal.
VAT & Tax Changes – prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in VAT or other applicable taxes without this constituting a price increase under the terms of this section. We will notify you of any such changes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your login details with others
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell our content
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the website
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
We reserve the right to terminate access where misuse occurs.
5.1 Community & message board
Our membership platform includes a community message board and social space for members. By participating in the community, you agree not to;
- Post content that is offensive, abusive, discriminatory or harassing
- Share personal data of other members without their consent
- Post spam, promotional content or unsolicited advertising
- Share misinformation, particularly relating to health, nutrition or medical advice
- Post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
You retain ownership of content you post, but by posting you grant Truesource Nutrition & Coaching Ltd a non exclusive licence to use, display and moderate that content within the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate membership access where community guidelines are breached without refund.

All content provided through this website and membership platform remains the property of Truesource Nutrition & Coaching Ltd.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
Content may not be shared, redistributed, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

9. Members Application
Truesource provides a progressive web application (PWA) that members may install on their mobile or desktop devices for an app like experience. The PWA is a web based application and is not distributed through the apple store or google play store. It is provided as an extension of the website and membership platform. By installing and using the PWA you agree that;
- The PWA requires an active membership to access full functionality
- We may update, modify or discontinue the PWA at any time
- Performance may vary depending on your device, browser and operating system
- The PWA is not guaranteed to function on all devices or browsers
- We are not liable for any data loss resulting from uninstalling or clearing the PWA from your device
IOS users should note that PWA functionality my be subject to limitations imposed by Apple’s Safari Browser. We do not guarantee full feature parity across all operating systems.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
