Built By Coaches, Athletes, And Scientists
Truesource was founded by Harry and Megan, a husband-and-wife team with a shared background in sport, coaching, and exercise science. After years working in competitive sport, strength and conditioning, and scientific healthcare, we saw the same problem again and again.
Our Approach to Fitness
We created Truesource Nutrition & Coaching to bridge the gap between expensive one to one coaching and generic fitness advice. Our approach focuses on structured training, sustainable nutrition habits and practical education so individuals can build long term health and fitness without relying on restrictive dieting or unsustainable programs.
We wanted to simplify health and fitness and support people who felt overwhelmed by misinformation and failed dieting fads. After years of seeing fear-mongering advice and non-science-based claims, we knew there had to be a better way.
Our approach focuses on simplicity, calorie control, and tailored training to fit your body and lifestyle. By cutting through the noise with clear, evidence-based guidance and real support, we help you build sustainable habits that make progress achievable and enjoyable.

Meet Harry
He worked for three years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for pathway junior athletes, helping develop young athletes through structured training programmes and performance-focused coaching.
Sport has always played a major role in his life. Harry has played rugby union for over 25 years, including representing Yorkshire Under-20s, and more recently spent four years coaching senior men’s rugby.
Alongside his work in sport and coaching, Harry has spent nine years working as a scientist in Haematology within clinical pathology services.
This scientific background provides a deeper understanding of physiology, metabolism, and blood biomarkers — areas that are increasingly important in modern discussions around nutrition and health.
Harry leads the development of:
• Training programmes
• Strength and conditioning systems
• Performance education
• Nutrition structure and coaching principles
